OUR PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS

For our youth athletes aged 10-13 our primary goal is to build a positive relationship with fitness health and exercise. These sessions will involve hand eye coordination drills, some technique work and most importantly games with underlying strength and conditioning principles. The sessions are for the majority paired with another athlete of similar age and ability and games are implemented with competitive scenarios to awaken their competitive spirit and keep sessions engaging and interesting.

01

FOUNDATION OF STABILITY AND TECHNIQUE

Begin by ensuring a solid base of stability, proper technique, and sufficient range of motion before progressing to more advanced training.

02

Progressive Development of Physical Qualities

Focus on building muscle hypertrophy, strength, and power, layered on top of the athlete’s foundational stability and movement mechanics.

03

Balanced Movement Patterns

Prioritise training that promotes equilibrium between agonist and antagonist muscle groups, ensuring a balanced physique and optimal functional performance.

04

Individualised Training Approach

Tailor each session to the athlete's unique needs, regressing or progressing exercises based on their current abilities, and adapting to the time of year or competition phase.
